EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT / BRANCH MANAGER / BILINGUAL ESCROW OFFICER
Stacey Garza Oliva has been in the title industry since 1999. Her career began at a local title company in her hometown of Brownsville, TX where she started as a receptionist. In 2002 she moved to Katy and was employed by a large national underwriter as an escrow assistant. In 2004 she attended Texas Land and Title Association’s title school in Austin, TX that helped further strengthen her knowledge and passion for the industry. Her perseverance and strong work ethic earned her an escrow license where she swiftly moved into her new role as Escrow Officer in 2005, then promoted in 2007 to Branch Manager and then Vice President.

Stacey is our Bilingual Executive Vice President, Sr. Escrow Officer and leads our Katy Branch with enthusiasm while looking ahead to expand our footprint in several marketplaces. She has been proudly serving Katy and West Houston markets for over 19 years.

Stacey truly enjoys what she does, and it shows in everything that she does. Through the years, she has built long lasting relationships turned friendships with countless area Realtors and Lenders who have entrusted her, and her Team, to carry each transaction, whether Residential or Commercial, through the closing process with clarity and the utmost professionalism while receiving the highest level of service. It is her optimistic and calm demeanor that enables her to connect with each Party involved so that they feel appreciated and secure throughout the entire process. Those that work with Stacey know her friendly smile and relentless determination in ensuring each transaction is a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Stacey enjoys travel, a good read, fine cuisine and fine red wine to name a few. Those who know her know she has a strong passion for shoes, and she loves all things decorating. Spending time with her family and raising her beautiful young daughter with her loving husband is her greatest joy of all time!

DIONNE
ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT/SR. ESCROW OFFICER
Dionne is a “Native New Orleanian” who relocated here to Katy, Texas by way of Hurricane Katrina back in 2007. She originally began her career in the Title Industry back in 2000 and has been full steam ahead for the past 21 years and counting 😊. Having worked in each position of the title process, Dionne knows her transactions from start to finish. Dionne is very “hands on” and takes pride in each and every transaction, as if it were her own. Dionne fully dedicates herself to each transaction and operates her business under the belief that one should always, “Treat others the same way you expect to be treated”. She also thrives on the joyful looks on her customers faces, as they leave the closing room with their transaction complete and this drives her to work harder each day to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are looking for professionalism, tons of knowledge and title experience and a little sprinkle of “Sass”, she’s your girl!
​In her spare time, Dionne is a “Professional Mixologist” who loves to make specialty craft cocktails for all to enjoy. Lastly, she loves to spend time with her husband and three sons, where she is truly the “Queen of her Castle” and she is also a devoted New Orleans Saints Fan “Who Dat”!!

DULCE
BILINGUAL BUSINESS AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Dulce has been in the Real Estate industry since 2000. She began her career as a receptionist at a local real estate brokerage and several years later she opened her own Real Estate company. In 2013 she was interested in learning more about the title industry and sold her company to pursue a new career in the title.
It wasn’t long until she quickly embraced her new role as Business Development and Sales Representative where she is able to share her passion in assisting each client in every aspect of the transaction. Dulce is fully bilingual and has been a Katy Resident since 1987. On her spare time, she enjoys taking spontaneous road trips with her husband and channeling her inner “Joanna Gaines” while creating new fun spaces in her home. Dulce has two adult sons whom she enjoys spending time with. Her family enjoys spending time together whether it be cooking meals, bike rides, hiking or thrill-seeking adventures.
